Tent Lighting and Accessories make a huge difference in the overall look of your event. A multitude of tent accessories are available to enhance the look and function of your event.

Tent Sidewalls

The most commonly used tent accessory are tent sidewalls. Solid vinyl tent walls are great for blocking out your party space or to help mask unsightly outside areas. Clear tent walls are a fantastic choice to look out at a beautiful property and let in the sunshine. We even have cathedral-style window sidewalls which provide some privacy, but also have areas to let in some sunlight. Sidewalls are a must have tent accessory to help keep your tent climate controlled.

Tent Lighting

Bistro string lights are ideal for the feel of a rustic theme party, whereas crystal chandeliers are ideal for a fancier party. LED Par Cans light in almost any choice of color to your tent rental. LED High-Bay Lights provide bright lighting just right for basic bright white lighting.

Tent Decor

Transform the entire feel of with a fabric tent liner and add in color fabric swags to tie in your party’s theme colors. Fabric leg drapes are a great choice to hide the tent legs, plus add a colorful fabric swag for a personalized look.

Tent Flooring

Several different types of tent flooring are also available to give event-goers a stable and dry footing. Choose from interlocking plastic sub-flooring that runs with the contour of your ground or a leveled floor able to flatten the party area of almost any terrain. Flooring can easily be covered with black, green, or other colored turf, or we can use real carpet. We can also cover the sub-floor with plain or wood looking vinyl, or even wood planking.

Temporary Climate Control

Tent Fans can be used to circulate the air, plus they attach to the tent frame so they don’t take up any floor space. Keep your guests comfortable with portable tent air conditioners and heaters. We have different fuel-fired tent heaters that work off of natural gas, propane, or kerosene. We also carry electric forced air heaters for enclosed tents and electric radiant heaters for areas that may be partially open.
