Linen Rental Guidelines

The customer is responsible of damage or
missing items.

Damage includes misuse, rips, mildew,
cigarette burns, candle wax, or stains that cannot be removed.

Shake out all food crumbs, flowers,
greens, etc. as they tend to leave stains.

Make sure all linens are dry before
placing them into a plastic bag. Wet linens will mildew in a closed
plastic bag.

All linens will be inspected upon return
or pickup with missing items and potential damage noted to the
customer. Once the items are cleaned by the laundry, the customer will
be notified of the cost of damaged or missing items.
